General Terms and Conditions – Techphon

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Techphon and to every distance contract concluded between Techphon and the consumer.

3. Offer and agreement

All offers are without obligation. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Techphon. The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and it is confirmed by Techphon.

4. Prices and payment

All stated prices include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL (Wero)
• PayPal
• Credit card
• Post-payment
• Cryptocurrency

For post-payment, payment must be made within the stipulated period. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge collection costs.

5. Delivery and shipment

We do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times:

• Netherlands: within 2 working days
• Belgium: within 3 working days
• Other European countries: approximately 3 working days

If a delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Techphon until the moment of delivery to the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal (return)

The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating reasons.

Conditions:

• Product must be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging
• Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed

After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

7. Warranty and conformity

Techphon guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the stated specifications and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

If a product is defective, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Techphon is not liable for:

• Damage caused by incorrect use of products
• Delays caused by carriers
• Indirect or consequential damage

Techphon's liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.

9. Use of the website

It is not permitted to misuse the website, including:

• Fraud
• Providing incorrect data
• Attempts at hacking or disruption

Techphon reserves the right to block accounts in case of misuse.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy as available on the website.

11. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

Techphon reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.
