How long does delivery take?
If you order on weekdays before 15:00, we will ship the same day. Usually you will receive your order within 1-2 working days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days. Unopened products? Then we will pay the return costs. For opened products, you pay for the return label yourself. As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
What if my product is defective?
Contact us via the contact form. We will solve it quickly and neatly for you - whether it is an exchange, repair or refund.
Which Apple Watch bands fit my Apple Watch?
Apple Watch bands are interchangeable, provided the case size matches . Apple uses the following size groups:
41mm & 40mm & 38mm are mutually compatible.
45mm & 44mm & 42mm are mutually compatible
👉 Example: Do you have a 44mm Apple Watch? Then 42mm, 44mm and 45mm straps will fit.
📌 Tip: The size of your Apple Watch is printed on the back of the watch (for example "44mm").
Are your products original or compatible?
At Techphon we always clearly state whether a product is original (from the brand itself) or compatible (suitable for) . Our compatible products have been extensively tested for quality and functionality, so you can always count on a good fit and performance - at a competitive price.
💡 Does it say "compatible with Apple / Samsung / etc."? Then it is a quality alternative, not an official branded product.
