At Techphon, we make sure your order is shipped quickly, safely, and with care. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping options, delivery times, and what to expect for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of Europe.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Europe on all orders from €25 or more.
Delivery Times
Netherlands
Orders placed before 21:00 on business days are usually delivered the next day.
Note: There is no letterbox delivery on Sundays and Mondays. Orders placed during the weekend are delivered on Tuesday.
Belgium
Orders placed before 21:00 on business days are delivered within 2–4 working days via Bpost (standard shipping).
Want faster delivery? Choose PostNL Belgium (€1.99) for delivery within 1–2 working days, including track & trace.

We ship to most countries across Europe. Delivery times vary by destination:
Germany: 2–3 working days
France: 2–3 working days
Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
Austria: 3–5 working days
Italy: 4–6 working days
Spain: 4–6 working days
Portugal: 4–6 working days
Denmark: 3–5 working days
Sweden: 4–6 working days

Please note: these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs checks.
Track Your Order
Netherlands
All orders shipped within the Netherlands include a track & trace code, which you’ll receive via email once your order has been dispatched.
Belgium
Bpost deliveries do not include track & trace.
PostNL Belgium (€1.99) includes track & trace, allowing you to follow your order in real time.
Europe
Most European shipments include a track & trace code, depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.
Delivery Options
Delivery to pickup points is currently not available.
We deliver to any address of your choice—your home, workplace, or any residential address within Europe.
What to Do in Case of Delay?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
If your order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time:
Wait at least 5 working days after the expected delivery date. Many shipments still arrive during this time.
Check your track & trace (if available) for the latest updates.
